Take the shirt itself to work with a subtle pair of neutral-coloured trousers, complemented by a statement piece of jewellery. And I love to wear the shorts with a very chunky sweatshirt. The contrast of the soft silk and the fluffy sweatshirt is really something you'll get more than one compliment for. 

I played with the details here, too. The hand crocheted miniature die-cut adds a touch of uniqueness to the whole set and highlights a craft that's not yet dead.
