Lightweight top with author's lace, which you can wear in casual and business outfits.

With linen shorts in natural colour it looks very casual. With a jacket, it becomes a classic business tank top with lace, which perhaps only catches the eye at second glance with its motif. 

The crispy silk crepe de chine comes from the Max Mara deadstock and its soft mint colour is captivating. 

I made the lace using the needle lace technique, which was also used in Slovak folk clothing. The motif is modern, a hand letting go of its broken heart. The colour combination of mint silk and creamy beige lace evokes nightgowns from the 1930s. The coarseness and rawness of the linen thread combines with the softness of the fabric.

Material: 100% silk, embroidery: undyed linen and silk threads.

The neckline in the back is deeper than the front, which adds to the elegance of the top. 47,5 cm (circumference 95 cm) - the top is not meant to be snug, but looser. Length from the shoulder seam (the one on top of the shoulder) to the bottom edge: 54 cm
